In a post on Aion's website Ayase lets us know that the fight against gold spammers is a top priority for the Aion team.
In the post Ayase encourage people to use the block function, for now, to get a more enjoyable gaming experience but it's also recognized that this is not a permanent solution. In the post we are also told that the Aion team is working on finding viable solutions to battle the gold spammers that have been flooding our chats in the game. The annoucement also mention an improved chat filter that is coming and that will help reduce the overall chat spam. Ayase stresses that the team is working hard to find good solutions to the gold seller spam. "We absolutely recognize how important this is to you and a good game experience in Aion, and we reiterate that we are currently addressing it. Thank you for your patience and for all of your input."
