| PWI: Rising Tide - a look at the quest systems |

A few days ago we reported that Perfect World International's third expansion, Rising Tide, is about to be released in December.
In the expansion there will be a load of new stuff like a new race, new classes and more quests - to name a few things. We recently received some information where Jon Belliss, Product Manager of PWI explains the new quest systems that will be introduced in Rising Tide. In Rising Tide two new quest systems will be introduced, couples quests and public quests. The couples quests can only be done by people who are married in the game. As it seems there will be two quest lines to uncover, both which are based on traditional Chinese love stories - "West Wing Room" and "Poet and Brewer". The players will participate in these stories by doing daily quests where they will get tokens as rewards. The tokens can later be used to buy nice prizes, for instance there are three pets exclusive to the couples quest system. The public quest system will allow players to complete quests together but without being in a party. Players can work on different objectives of the quest at the same time, or the same objective for that matter, and everyone will get update for the things completed.
